Ethan joined the Rolston lab in Fall 2025 through the Grand Challenge Scholars Program (GCSP) research stipend. His research involves the analysis of rare earth elements being captured in seaweed wastewater filtration. He is passionate about using more sustainable methods in everyday engineering processes. Outside of the lab, Ethan enjoys listening to music, watching TV and movies, finding new boba shops, and hanging out with friends and family.
