Since Spring 2025, Erin has been conducting research in the Rolston Lab, focusing on encapsulation techniques for perovskite solar cells (PSC) to enhance their underwater lifespan for future commercial applications. Her goal is to advance PSC applications as sustainable energy sources, driven by her vision of promoting sustainability through green energy.
She currently serves as the Research and Finance Lead for the Global EPICS project “Indonesia Water Purification for Farmers,” where she leads collaborative efforts between ASU and Indonesian teams to provide sustainable water supplies for farmers, thereby cementing her commitment to sustainability across various resources. Outside the lab, Erin enjoys singing, reading non-fiction, and savoring Korean cuisine.
