Carsen joined the Rolston Lab in Summer of 2022 through ASU’s Summer Undergraduate Research Initiative (SURI). Her work focuses on understanding novel additives’ roles in improving the processing and scalability of perovskite thin films used in solar cells. Outside of the lab Carsen loves hiking and is involved in the SAE Formula 1 Aero Manufacturing Team on campus.
