Aiman Shabbir ([email protected])
PhD Student in Chemistry
School of Molecular Sciences, ASU
M.Phil. Physical Chemistry, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan
Aiman is a PhD student in Chemistry at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on perovskite thin films for solar cell applications, especially additive-based approaches to improve film stability, crystallinity, and defect passivation. She is interested in integrating materials chemistry, thin-film processing, and characterization to develop more stable and efficient renewable-energy materials.
Prior to joining ASU, Aiman studied nanomaterials for electrochemical energy storage applications. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, taking photos, and trying new coffee places. She is also a devoted bee enthusiast, fascinated by bee ecology, hive behavior, and the chemistry of honey.
